Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel promotional codes in cases of suspected misuse.

5. Event Bookings & Rentals

Private event reservations require a [50%] deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within [14 days] of the event.
Final guest counts and payment are due [7 days] prior to the event.
Outside food and beverages may be restricted. Please review our rental policy before booking.

6. Allergies & Dietary Information

Return and Refund Policy

At The Book & Brew Café, we want every guest to have a positive experience. Because we are a café that provides food, beverages, event services, and retail items, our return and refund policy is outlined below:

1. Food & Beverage Purchases

All food and drink sales are final due to health and safety regulations.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please notify staff immediately. We will happily remake your order or offer a comparable replacement.
Refunds for food and beverages are provided at the discretion of management.

2. Retail Items (Books, Merchandise, Gift Items)

Unused, unopened, or undamaged retail items (e.g., books, mugs, bags, gift items) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

4. Event Bookings & Rentals

Private event bookings require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 14 days of the scheduled event.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, your deposit may be transferred to a future event date (subject to availability).
No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments.

5. Online & Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items (such as catering trays, special event items, or seasonal products) must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.
Orders canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we may offer store credit at our discretion.

6. Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
